This seminar provides technical information and hands-on practice using the proper procedures, chemicals and equipment needed to identify, clean, maintain and restore all common types of hard floor surfaces.

Instruction includes how to properly maintain food service, industrial and residential properties, as well as specialty applications such as computer rooms, clean rooms and laboratories.

Floor surfaces covered during the seminar include wood, laminate, stone, ceramic, terrazzo, marble concrete, epoxy, LVT, VCT and VAT tile, and sheet goods.

The seminar prepares attendees for the IICRC-FCT Certification Exam. Each attendee receives a copy of the recently revised Floor Care Technician
